The next time you find yourself planning a trip to Seattle, Portland, New York or Palm Springs,  make sure you book a night or two at the place The New York Times dubs “The Country’s most original Hotel!” That would be the ACE! On our trip to visit  Chris + Sarah Rhoads Photographers in Seattle, they suggested we stay there and we’re so glad we did. We tend to gravitate toward anything out of the ordinal these days, searching for adventure. This hotel completely satisfied that craving.

Once we mentioned to the manager who we were meeting (did a little name dropping, lol) he bumped us up to the VIP so we could get great pictures! Awesome!!! The room had a spinning mirror door, which I’ll surely post images of in this post. We are super huge fans of this place and will certainly be staying in another one! You should do the same!

Also in the post are David and I practicing all the lighting techniques we learned from the Rhoads the day before. Just the thought of even walking into this room with a camera and no flash would have freaked me out before.  We’re for sure dorks, but I really enjoyed taking these pictures!
